Refund policy

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £40 — because we believe feeling better shouldn’t come with extra baggage.

For orders under £40, standard UK shipping is £3.95.

Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery expected in 2–3 working days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition
• You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at hello@matterwellness.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved:

• You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 working days
• Refunds do not include original shipping fees (unless due to our error)
