We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50.

For orders under £50, a flat shipping fee of £3.99 will be applied at checkout.

If you’re a subscriber, you’re taken care of — all subscription orders ship free, no minimum spend required.

 

International Orders (EU, US)

 

At the moment, our online checkout is set up for UK delivery only.

If you’re ordering from the EU or US, please email us with: your full delivery address, and what you’d like to order …and we’ll reply with a shipping quote and next steps.

Customs & taxes

 

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Order Processing Time

 

Every order is handled with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.

During busy periods, such as holidays or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you informed.

UK Orders: Typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

Failed Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

 

Make sure your shipping details are accurate at checkout — we want your blends to reach you smoothly.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees will apply.
